I am a graduate of the University of Michigan with a BBA majoring in marketing and a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with an MBA with a specialization in quality improvement.

I have been consulting and coaching with Boards of Directors, CEOs and Presidents and Senior Executive Teams for more than 15 years.

I have counseled and advised numerous executives on leadership issues, strategic growth initiatives, marketing and business development strategies and many other management concerns.

I have been coaching progressive minded individuals through their career development, leadership growth and management performance and growth for more than 5 years. My style is one of focused cooperation and challenge.
